GENERAL
- Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are purchased.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or comfort zone.
- If I do not receive a response within 7 days during workflow, I will proceed and deliver artwork as is.
PAYMENTS & FEES
- All payments are upfront in full through PayPal.
- Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee: €50 (if you request not to make the art public).
- Complexity fee: €5 - €50 depending on details.
- Commercial Use (after commission): Streamer (€20) / Merchandise (€50).
REVISIONS & DEADLINES
- 2 free revisions allowed during the sketch stage. Additional revisions cost €10 each.
- Mistakes made by me are always corrected for free.
- Commissions take up to 1 month. Priority/Skip queue fee is €10.
REFUNDS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- Refunds are not available unless I am unable to complete the commission.
- Chargebacks are strictly prohibited and will result in a public blacklist and loss of all rights to the art.
- I retain all copyright and rights to post the artwork in my portfolio (unless NDA is bought).
